    On the vernal equinox, protesters of war and healthcare reform were in highly visible – and audible – around the streets of Washington. "Birthers," "truthers," "Tea party protesters," anti-war activists and tourists on Segways could be seen around the National Mall, White House and right up to the steps of the Capitol Building.
